"We have a unique situation, we live in North Carolina but have a vehicle garaged in Indiana. State laws don't always connect to Insurance rules, but David Dean's office greatly helped us work through the problems. Eric has been a fantastic person to work with."

"I worked with David Dean on multiple occasions and it was nothing but the best experience. Whenever I had a problem he would/have handled it fast and quickly. Whenever it’s time to renew my policy he will call me and go over it to see if I’m still happy and if there are any changes coming. Also his team is a great addition to him! They are ever persistent and knowledgeable as well. I appreciate everything that David and his team has done for me and my family!"

"I’ve been with David Dean for some years now and I won’t go anywhere else. Even when my insurance was on the higher side they still always gave me the best rate compared to other companies. Not just by a few dollars either. My rate just went down even more! I have auto and life insurance through them. Rosalinda answers the phone when I call and will actually take the time to figure out the answers to what I’m calling about vs just transferring me to somebody else. If I call and don’t get an answer she calls back. Even when I’ve call on days I’m just irritated there has been great customer service. I always recommend David Dean’s agency to everybody that I know. Eric is how I even know about this place he got me my insurance some years ago and I’ve been here ever since. They’ve had to pay off a couple of cars for me and it was done in a timely manner and they still allowed me to be insured through them."
