"I have been with State Farm for many many years and State Farm have always been wonderful. Great customer service when my home caught fire. State Farm was Johnny on the spot. They put us in a penthouse suite the same day they came in and clean the house out and got away the things that were damaged and they replaced them. They paid us for the food we spent out while we were away from home. They came in and repaint my home after the cleaning and they paid for everything they had to throw away. They were wonderful and I would never forget that and that’s why I’m still with State Farm to this very day ! The representative that I had today Rosalinda she was more than great very helpful. Very explainable on what we were doing, have great customer service skills. She’s very pleasant."
