"I’ve been using this office since 2018 (back when Javaris managed it) and I’ve always had a great experience! When I first got set up with them, Javaris and another agent really took their time to help me understand the whole process and what type of insurance I needed. Over the years I’ll occasionally need to call them and they’re always very friendly and fast! This might be the one service I use that I can still talk to a person right away (instead of a robot that makes you wait on hold for an hour). I just got my first new (to me) car and it’s been a hassle to get everything figured out. I’m transferring the title tomorrow (on a Saturday) and I realized I probably need to get the insurance before that. So I called their office at 4:45pm on a Friday (they close at 5pm) to ask about it. Tre was so friendly and very patient!! I felt awful for making her stay late, especially when it took me forever to find the VIN. But she insisted it wasn’t a problem and ended up helping me find it. After that, everything was quick and easy! She told me about some changes I might consider making since this’ll be a newer car and answered all my questions. I really appreciated the excellent service and kindness at the end of a long week. Thank you, Tre! Congrats on the new house!"
